First National Bank and Trust Company named Large Business of the Year from local chamber

Clinton, IL, March 31, 2022 – First National Bank and Trust Company was named ‘Large Business of the Year’ at the Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce Business Expo held at Clinton High School last week.
The business of the year awards are voted on by chamber members via a membership survey.
Additionally, First National Bank and Trust Company President, Josh Shofner was recognized for his service on the chamber board as well as serving as chamber board president in 2020 and 2021.

Clinton Area Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Marian Brisard was very pleased with the turnout for this year’s expo and is excited for what is in the works for area community development.

Additional winners included The Clinton Journal as 'Small Business of the Year', Calvert Funeral Home as ‘Medium Business of the Year' and The Vault as ‘Nonprofit of the Year.’

First National Bank and Trust Company is also celebrating its 150th anniversary this year. The bank serves two states, Illinois and Wisconsin, has five locations, employs close to 50 people and has $400 million in assets.
